I, the undersigned, do hereby consent and agree that Valerie A. Bottazzi known as Shakti, in the form of Owner and Manager for Valerie Bottazzi LLC, has the right to take photographs, videotape, audiotape or digital recordings of me during the Sacred Rays Master Series courses offered by Valerie A. Bottazzi (Shakti) and Valerie Bottazzi LLC.

Names may be displayed in the way in which they are shown on your ZOOM screen, but no last names, addresses, or telephone numbers will ever be used unless there is a special and individual additional written consent.

I do hereby release to Valerie A. Bottazzi (Shakti) and Valerie Bottazzi LLC all rights to exhibit this work in print and electronic form publicly or privately. I waive any rights, claims or interest I may have to control the use of my identity or likeness in whatever media used.

This release shall be covered in all respects by the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions and the Parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.


By purchasing this product and accessing it during the live-streaming, I hereby give permission for Valerie A. Bottazzi (Shakti) and Valerie Bottazzi LLC to use photos, printed materials, video recordings, audio recordings or any other electronic form of communication with my image and name as shown on my Zoom screen as a participant on it.
